Rooted Movement was created as a space for women to slow down, breathe deeply, and care for themselves with intention — in body, mind, and spirit.
What started as a personal journey of learning how to listen to my body and trust God in every season has grown into a community centered on faith, movement, and meaningful connection.
Here, wellness isn’t about striving or comparison.
It’s about stewardship, gratitude, and learning to honor the body God has given you.

At the core of Rooted Movement is a simple belief:
You deserve to feel strong, peaceful, and supported — without pressure to be perfect.
So many women feel overwhelmed by expectations, schedules, and the constant noise of “do more, be more.” My heart is to offer a quieter, more grounded approach to wellness — one that invites rest, reflection, and sustainable growth.
Meet Olivia
Hi, I’m Olivia
I’m a Pilates instructor, wellness guide, and the founder of The Rooted Movement.
I started teaching because I saw how powerful intentional movement could be — not just for physical strength, but for confidence, clarity, and emotional healing.
Through my training and years of working with clients, I’ve learned that the most meaningful progress happens when people feel seen, encouraged, and safe in their bodies.
My faith shapes everything I do. I believe our bodies are gifts, and caring for them is one way we can show gratitude for the life we’ve been given.
Although I may have founded The Rooted Movement. The Lord is the CEO and always will be.

Why “Rooted”
The name Rooted comes from the desire to stay grounded in what matters most — faith, health, community, and purpose.
Just like a healthy tree grows strong through deep roots, I believe true wellness comes from building habits and rhythms that last all rooted in Christ.
Not quick fixes.
Not extremes.
Just steady, faithful growth.
